Comfortable refuge for weary travelers

I arrived exhausted after a long day, and the check-in was efficient. The room was clean and spacious with a hot shower that revitalized me. The free shuttle was a lifesaver early the next morning, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere.

While the hotel was convenient, the interior felt quite dated, and after 10 PM, transportation options were limited. The staff were polite, yet not particularly warm, adding to the overall lack of hospitality feeling.

A quick walk to the airport and a free shuttle made getting to my flight easy. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. However, the rooms were quite outdated and had an air of the 80s, which might not appeal to everyone. Breakfast was included, but it was basic with limited options, and noise from the hallway was a bit distracting at times.

The lobby is far too cramped for comfortable socializing!!! The carpets and fixtures appear outdated, really impacting the first impression!!! Room doors need a fresh look. they just scream old school.

Wi-Fi was fast. the restaurant had solid meals. Shower had low water pressure.

Just a great match for a short-term stay in Narita with value for money. The bath and toilet area were updated and nice. Bring your own towels if you need extras.
